Submission GUIDELINES
1. Image ELIGIBILITY
Images of 2026 or 2027 seniors are eligible for submission. (images may or may not have previously been featured on our IG account).
IMAGES NOT ELIGIBLE are:
Workshop or mentoring session images
Professional model images
Images previously published in ANY print publication
2. Image EXCLUSIVITY
Images submitted:
Must NOT be under consideration elsewhere
Must NOT have appeared in ANY print publication (including ours)
3. Image Requirements
High resolution JPG (300dpi)
No watermarks
No low resolution or raw files
⚠️ Images that do not meet these requirements will NOT be considered (no refunds)
4. File NAMING Requirements
studio name-the seniors name# examples: ThruLisasLens-KenziThomas1.jpg | ThruLisasLens-KenziThomas2.jpg
NOTE: Add a number ONLY if submitting multiple images of the same model.
⚠️ Incorrectly named files will be disqualified (no refunds)
NOTE: Images may be cropped for best fit/use in magazine.
Submission PROCESS
1. PAYMENT - Submit payment based on the total number of images. (You may complete multiple transactions if needed.)
2. MODEL INFO - You may submit up to 5 models per form. Model name is required. Other details are optional.
3. UPLOADING IMAGES - Upload ALL images at once after submitting your form.
4. CREDITS - Published images may include:
Business name • Photographer •
City & state •
Hair & makeup artist (if provided)
(Model info included only if submitted + approved)
5. COVER CONSIDERATION - Only portrait orientation images will be considered for the cover.
6. FEATURED PHOTOGRAPHER - Submit 20+ images to be considered.
